What is included?
We provide everything you will need to get your holiday started.
You can expect:
- All beds made up on arrival, duvets
- Bath sheet and hand towel per person provided, no towels for pool or beach
- Electricity, water and heating
- Free Wi-Fi (see notes at the properties re rules/useage)
- Logs for fire and woodburner (excessive extra will be charged for)
- Starter firelighters & matches
- Games, selection of books
- Christmas Trees and decorations at Christmas/New Year
- Dish Cloths, scourers etc,
- Oven Gloves
- Tea Towels
- One New Loo roll per bathroom
- 2 travel cots on request in Dove House, (no bedding provided) and 2 High Chairs
- Stair gate at the top of the stairs in Dove House
- Both properties have hair dryers, iron and ironing board

- Some dishwasher tablets & rinse aid
- Washing up liquid
- Surface cleaner

What's in Dove House
We provide everything you will need to get your holiday started.
Spacious living room with:
- Open fire in stone surround and rugs on an oak floor (firewood available onsite)
- TV/DVD, Sonos sound system, Sky package inc movies and sport (not Sky Plus).
- Good selection of books and games.
- French doors to the garden.
Beautiful large kitchen/dining room:
- Modern kitchen with white stone tops throughout.
- 5 burner gas hob, 3 ovens, microwave, large fridge, large fridge/freezer, drinks fridge and 2 dishwashers (all Neff appliances).
- Flat screen TV
- Sofa, ceramic floor, shuttered windows and full length curtains over the french windows that lead to the secure south facing garden and patio area.
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra cupboards and ample hooks for coats etc, leading to covered area to pool and to parking area.
- Cloakroom/W.C.
- Twin/6ft double with en-suite wet room/wc suitable for limited mobility guests. Please see Accessibility for more information.
